Building Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations (electrical, plumbing, civil, and minor repairs).
* Carry out repairs on doors, floors, locks, masonry, and painting as needed.
* Replace and repair simple electrical systems: light bulbs, outlets, circuit breakers, LED strip drivers, distribution panels.
* Monitor and manage maintenance service orders.
* Support the upkeep of common areas, ensuring proper functioning of building infrastructure.
* Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure safety during activities.
Requirements
* Prior experience in building maintenance (minimum 1–2 years).
* Knowledge of building electrical systems (updated NR-10 certification is a plus).
* Skills in general repair work (painting, basic plumbing, masonry).
* Ability to diagnose and resolve problems.
* Completed high school education (a technical course in electricity, construction, or related fields is a plus).
* Organized, proactive, and possessing good interpersonal skills.
