Continuous optimization of processes and identification of product improvements Senior Closer Sales Representative – Virtus Trade Responsibilities: * Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM; * Study and train on the product; * Close sales deals; * Present and demonstrate the product; * Enter all information into the CRM; * Prospect and acquire strategic customers; * Develop targeted pitches aligned with the customer segment; * Create email templates; * Build, deliver, and send proposals; * Identify product improvements; * Organize and execute commercial processes; * Analyze competitors and propose improvement actions for the area. Desired Knowledge: * CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc. * Microsoft Office or Google Workspace * Consultative selling and negotiation techniques.
