Job Summary: This role involves accompanying youth in the classroom, managing the pedagogical system, delivering training sessions, and planning educational activities, with a focus on human development. Junior/ Trainee R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.900,00 CLT employment regime Job Details Accompany youth in the classroom; Monitor progress using the pedagogical management system; Deliver training on learning content and support youth during training sessions; Provide educational guidance to groups and families; Plan educational activities; Requirements Minimum Education Level Completed undergraduate degree Additional Requirements Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Social Sciences, History, Pedagogy, or related fields. Experience in training youth, adults, and vulnerable groups. Technological proficiency is desirable. Residence in Itabirito–MG.
