We seek a professional with strong analytical ability, solid technical expertise in labor law, and experience drafting initial pleadings, ensuring legal quality, organization, and productivity in handling cases. Key Responsibilities * Drafting labor initial petitions * Analyzing documents and defining procedural strategies * Providing technical support for gathering case-related information * Constructing legal arguments and requests * Performing preliminary calculations and organizing documentation * Updating internal systems and monitoring case progress * Assisting in reviewing pleadings and aligning technical approaches across the case portfolio * Organizing and managing cases under your responsibility Requirements * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration * Solid experience drafting labor initial petitions * Strong legal writing and argumentative skills * Proficiency in labor procedural routines * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile * Technical agility and sense of priority * Good communication skills and professional demeanor Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
