**Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission**
Manage hydropower plant modernization construction projects with focus on schedule, quality, safety, and cost, ensuring contractual compliance, customer satisfaction, and execution efficiency through integrated coordination of teams, resources, and stakeholders.
**Activities**
Coordinate all activities related to services and projects, from planning and technical detailing, cost estimation, and deadline definition through to execution at hydropower modernization sites;
Monitor and track project schedules;
Prepare technical reports;
Interface with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders;
Participate in the development of technical and commercial proposals;
Ensure compliance with client requirements as stipulated in the signed contract;
Plan and implement risk management measures to prevent technical, financial, or operational impacts;
Manage the project budget, controlling costs, quotations, contractual changes, measurements, and invoicing;
Formally document non-conformities identified during execution and implement corrective actions;
Proactively support occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and relationship management with all project-affected stakeholders.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Education**
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
**Requirements**
Experience in EPC project management;
Experience managing electrical sector projects executed with in-house field workforce;
Knowledge of quality and safety procedures;
Knowledge of project planning and management;
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Willingness to travel to project sites.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Postgraduate degree in project management;
PMP certification;
Experience in hydropower-related projects.
