Join us too! **Opportunity:** Help Desk Support Technician **Summary of Responsibilities:** Provide support for internal environments and users, install and configure operating systems, networks, and printers, administer and monitor servers, and assist in the implementation of the Application. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor application availability and their functionalities; * Monitor infrastructure error and issue logs; * Provide support for correcting task-related errors; * Replace supplies in equipment. * Install, configure, and identify hardware and software and/or operating system faults; * Ensure the use of client-approved software versions; * Assist and guide clients/users in using systems and plan high-quality service; * Manage, administer, and resolve help desk tickets; * Ensure compliance with audit standards; * Conduct training and initiatives on Application usability; * Perform other duties related to this position.
