Key Responsibilities: * Establish and maintain a control and monitoring framework for ongoing projects. * Track KPIs. * Ensure compliance with processes and standards. * Analyze, track, and validate progress report preparation. * Facilitate meetings, promoting communication among project teams and stakeholders. * Identify risks and propose corrective actions to mitigate impacts on project schedules and budgets. * Support the implementation of best practices and project management tools within the organization; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. Preferred Education: Postgraduate degree in project management. * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or its metropolitan area. * Mandatory experience in project management. * Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban. * Familiarity with organizational and management tools, Excel proficiency, and TOTVS RM; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4.600,00 - R$4.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
