Job Summary: Plan, schedule, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure proper operation and availability of equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure alignment among departments to prevent unplanned stoppages Plan, schedule, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities at construction sites; ensure proper operation and availability of equipment while minimizing downtime; oversee maintenance services performed by third-party providers; manage maintenance schedules, work orders, and technical records; monitor maintenance performance indicators and propose improvements and corrective actions when necessary; maintain communication among involved departments to ensure activity alignment and prevent unplanned stoppages; guide employees or third parties on general services, assisting in organizing tasks; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.700,00 \- R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Fleet Management (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
