This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. DRONE PILOTING COURSE Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of Diploma/Certificate for the course (MUST BE VALID). **EXPERIENCE:** EXPERIENCE AS AN INSTRUCTOR AND/OR EDUCATOR FOCUSED ON DRONE OPERATIONS OR IT-RELATED TASKS **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly demonstrate activities corresponding to the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if CTPS entry title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
