PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Traffic) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Helps students understand drone functionality, safe flight practices, and fundamental operational rules. Monitors learning progress, provides guidance during flights, and participates in institutional courses and training programs. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED BACHELOR'S DEGREE. Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). DRONE PILOTING COURSE Proof of mandatory requirements must be provided via: a) Copy of Diploma/Certificate for the course (MUST BE VALID). **EXPERIENCE:** EXPERIENCE AS AN INSTRUCTOR AND/OR EDUCATOR FOCUSED ON DRONE OPERATIONS OR IT-RELATED TASKS **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly demonstrate activities corresponding to the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if CTPS entry title matches that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
