**SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF \- FIXED DAY OFF ONCE PER WEEK AND ONE SUNDAY PER MONTH** **WORK HOURS: 1:00 PM TO 10:00 PM** **SALARY: TO BE AGREED UPON** **REQUIREMENT: MUST RESIDE IN THE REGION** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate the snack bar's daily operations. * Train, guide, and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service. * Monitor employee performance, verify completion of worksheets, provide feedback to employees and management, and identify development opportunities. * Ensure implementation of SOPs and compliance with hygiene, cleaning, food safety standards, product expiration dates (PvPr), uniform inspection, and overtime control. * Manage product inventory, place orders, and track stock inflows and outflows. * Implement strategies to boost sales.
