Direct assistance and support to employees Provide administrative support to the Personnel Department and Human Resources sector, ensuring information organization, control, and support for internal processes. Main responsibilities: * Organize and maintain up-to-date physical and digital files; * Support the control of onboarding and offboarding documents; * Enter and update information in spreadsheets and internal systems; * Assist with time tracking (data collection, verification, and organization); * Support benefits management (enrollments, cancellations, and verifications); * Assist employees with basic inquiries and direct requests; * Distribute and manage work materials; * Support the organization of training sessions, onboarding activities, and internal announcements; * Manage document dispatch and receipt between headquarters and branches; * Assist in generating administrative reports and internal controls; * Perform general support tasks for the administrative and HR departments. Requirements: * Completed high school education (college degree in Administration, HR, or related fields currently in progress is preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Prior experience in administrative routines is desirable.
