Remove impediments and encourage team self\-organization. Execute quality problem resolution in the field, from root cause identification to implementation of corrective actions and post\-sales follow\-up. Divide and prioritize quality demands related to electrical and electronic components. Assist in implementing the Quality Management System and monitor performance indicators. Foster collaboration among technical teams and other departments involved in projects. Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
