Job Summary: Responsible for supervising occupational safety, managing regulatory documentation, operating the SOC system, and ensuring compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs), with interface to clients and internal teams. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in occupational safety consulting 2. Proficiency in the SOC system and preparation of occupational health and safety documentation 3. Leadership and experience delivering training **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise occupational safety-related activities; * Manage and prepare mandatory documentation within the SOC system (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, CIPA, PPP, etc.); * Operate and maintain the SOC system — Occupational Health and Safety System; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Guide and support the technical team; * Interface with clients and other company departments. * Knowledge and experience delivering training. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * **Proven experience in consulting;** * **Full proficiency in all occupational safety tools within the SOC system;** * **Solid hands-on experience preparing occupational safety documentation;** * Up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Standards; * Strong communication skills and leadership profile. **Advantages:** * Experience in occupational medicine and safety consulting firms; * Experience managing teams. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Day off Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
