




Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will support various administrative and financial routines, including accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, and invoice issuance. Issuing and verifying invoices We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform various activities related to the administrative and financial areas. The selected professional will be responsible for supporting accounts receivable and payable routines, bank reconciliation, issuing and verifying invoices, customer service (if related to finance), supplier communication, entering data into our ERP system, and maintaining organized internal reports and controls. Main Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Monitor payment and receipt flows, as well as potential collections. Verify documents, payment deadlines, and amounts. Bank Reconciliation: Compare bank statements, identifying and correcting discrepancies. Invoices: Issue, verify, and import fiscal documents (XML) into the management system. Internal and External Customer Service: Provide support to customers regarding payment and documentation inquiries. Assist suppliers and other company departments with financial and administrative matters. ERP Data Entry: Keep the management system updated, including registrations, transactions, and reports. Desired Qualifications: Experience in free market, marketplace, and e-commerce. * Completed high school education (a plus if currently studying or graduated in Administration, Accounting, or related fields). * Familiarity with financial routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation) or experience in similar administrative roles. * Proficiency in Excel (required). * Experience or familiarity with management systems (ERP) (preferred). Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proactivity: willingness to learn, solve problems, and suggest improvements. * Teamwork: collaboration with different departments and strong interpersonal relationships. * Attention to Detail: accuracy in handling documents and financial information. * Flexibility: ability to adapt to continuously evolving processes.
