Responsibilities: * Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of information, resources, and services under your responsibility. * Prepare and update monthly budget reports based on physical, financial, and budgetary progress, supporting management decision-making. * Carry out budgetary control of projects, including entries, verifications, and cost segregation. * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects. * Update the revenue financial schedule, support measurements, invoicing, and contractual events. * Update the financial planning and contribute to the project cash flow. * Support risk, deviation, and corrective action analysis jointly with involved departments. * Collaborate integrally with Engineering, Procurement, Controller's Office, and Legal to ensure proper information flow. * Maintain internal systems, spreadsheets, and project documents updated and organized at all times. * Support preparation of claims, contract amendments, and price adjustments. * Support procurement and contracting processes, verifying adherence to budget and schedule. * Monitor issuance of insurance policies and contractual guarantees. * Participate in preparing monthly reports and presentations for clients and internal departments.
