Real opportunities for growth and mentorship **Training the Next Generation of Energy Specialists** If you are currently studying Technical Education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and want hands-on experience learning how large-scale energy operations work, this program is for you. Here, you won’t just “assist.” You’ll learn, test, install, program, and grow—with guidance and supervision from experienced technicians. Our goal? To train professionals ready to advance within Tecnogera. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Learn in Practice** Throughout the program, you’ll be guided by specialists and develop skills such as: Supporting installation of generators and parallel systems Installing cables, diesel tanks, and transfer panels Participating in preventive and corrective maintenance Adjusting voltage regulators and battery chargers Programming control modules (Deif, Comap, Woodward, DeepSea, and others) Supporting installation of load banks and transformers Recording service orders and technical registrations in the system Contributing to organization and continuous improvement in the yard (yes, we live Lean here!) * Here, you learn by doing—always under supervision and with safety as a priority. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You** Currently enrolled in Technical Education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Curiosity and eagerness to learn Interest in technology and hands-on challenges Responsibility and team spirit Prior knowledge in electrical or mechanical fields is a plus—but most importantly, your willingness to grow. **What We Offer** A structured development program Technical guidance and mentorship Real opportunities for advancement within the company Direct exposure to large-scale projects and equipment A collaborative, hands-on culture **Why Join Us?** Because here, you’re not “just an intern.” You’re a talent in training.
