Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY: \- Actions and validations with senior management to verify results of other indicators and the coordinator’s management model, analyzing direct impacts on the institution’s strategic planning, and identifying factors that negatively or positively affected outcomes. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: \- Developing cognitive, analytical, and operational skills of the team under your supervision through training, mentoring, and tutoring during processes executed by these individuals under your responsibility. * QUALITY MANAGEMENT: \- Implementing policies, processes, procedures, and techniques grounded in quality management principles, aiming for continuous process improvement. * BUDGETED VS.
