




Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to manage and structure the operations of an educational PPP, with a focus on efficiency, people management, and cross-departmental integration, supporting the executive team. We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and structure the operations of an educational PPP (school network), focusing on operational efficiency, people management, and cross-departmental integration. The role will play a strategic part in coordinating operations and administrative functions, supporting the executive team in organizing processes and ensuring smooth unit operations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage school unit operations, ensuring service quality and efficiency; * Coordinate administrative departments: HR, Finance, Purchasing, and Personnel Administration; * Manage the school nutrition area, supervising supervisors and operational teams; * Monitor daily operational routines and support unit leaders; * Manage KPIs, processes, and operational improvements; * Serve as the primary point of contact for supervisors and coordinators to ensure smooth operations; * Support the organization and structuring of operations during restructuring. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Experience in operations management and team leadership; * Ability to manage multiple departments and large teams; * Organized, analytical profile with strategic vision; * Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability; * Prior experience in educational institutions or private schools is preferred. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Leadership * Organization * Management Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
