We are seeking a **Senior Squad Leader** to lead strategic technology squads, with **experience in Artificial Intelligence to work within the AI COE**, focused on digital products that generate high value for the company. Required knowledge includes agile projects, agile metrics, Azure DevOps, strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to navigate across multiple projects. **Responsibilities and Attributes** **What We Value:** * Simplicity and focus on the problem * Continuous learning and technical excellence * Proactivity and delivery of value aligned with team goals * Genuine cross-functional and cross-team collaboration * Ambition to build the best IT department in the company's history **Responsibilities:** * Lead squads in an on-site environment, organizing agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, daily, retro, review) * Participate in defining the product’s future journey, mission, and OKRs * Prioritize backlog (MVP1 and product backlog) jointly with the Product Owner * Ensure sprint execution, manage risks, and remove impediments * Define and train the team on methodologies, management tools, and Azure DevOps usage (sprint organization/planning) * Monitor technical development aligned with architecture, security, infrastructure, governance, and data \& analytics guidelines * Interface with other IT areas (ecosystems, squads, and guilds) * Report weekly sprint status * Manage vendors and resources required for the product * Evaluate market solutions vs. internal development vs. hybrid approaches * Conduct MVP1 go\-live (prototype, pilot, rollout, data loads, training) * Support production products, ensuring performance and resolution of critical bugs * Evolve the product roadmap and drive new MVPs **Technical Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in technology with knowledge of programming languages and Artificial Intelligence.** * Solid experience in project management and squad leadership * Azure DevOps * Microsoft Project Professional, PWA, and Project Online for calculating metrics such as IDP, IDC, and Critical Path. * “AI First” culture to increase productivity * Familiarity with Generative AI (GitHub Copilot, LLMs, AI agents) * Knowledge of programming languages to effectively communicate with and provide input to the technical team; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Soft Skills:** * **Deeply cares** about the success of both the product and the team. * **Takes ownership** even when responsibilities are not formally assigned. * **Seeks solutions autonomously**, without waiting for constant direction. * **Celebrates collective achievements** and learns from mistakes. * **Speaks up courageously**, even when facing difficult decisions. * Productivity and focus on operational efficiency * Sense of "ownership" and genuine interest * Transformation through AI adoption * Relentless pursuit of high-value deliveries * Versatility, resilience, and proactivity * Clear communication, active listening, and conflict resolution * Planning, organization, and discipline * Empathy, leadership, and teamwork **Our Environment:** Dynamic, collaborative, and oriented toward continuous development.
