We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** Control, plan, and implement the Risk Management Program (PGR) in compliance with NR\-01 and the Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), issuing periodic medical examination referrals before expiration and analyzing discrepancies. Develop, publicize, and conduct the Annual Internal Occupational Safety Week (SIPAT) annually, as well as elections for new members of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA). Ensure that all mandatory training for the operational base is up to date, along with all required documentation. Develop the Occupational Safety Management Program for the base, including a schedule for emergency drills and fire protection system tests, aimed at ensuring worker well-being and physical integrity, raising awareness, and promoting safe work practices. Maintain updated records of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) entry and exit, ensure adequate stock of required equipment, and guarantee employee use of PPE during assigned tasks. Update monthly statistical safety data regarding accidents and absences. Maintain current and valid operating licenses, such as AVCB (Fire Prevention Certificate), Business Operating License, IBAMA license, etc. Conduct periodic inspections of PPE, Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), vehicle emergency response kits, fire extinguishers, and hydrants (building, yard, and equipment). Promote internal awareness among all direct employees regarding occupational safety best practices and legislation, as well as environmental aspects and impacts caused by generated waste. Ensure environmentally appropriate disposal of company-generated waste and report on waste disposal performance. Perform pest control (rodent and insect control) within the company, observing the validity periods of treatments. Issue the Work Accident Report (CAT), reporting accident details in compliance with Social Security requirements.
