We eagerly await dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop projects and documentation for approval, licensing, and "As-built" deliverables; * Develop tree mapping projects; * Prepare sketches and detailed project drawings; * Read and interpret project documents; * Perform project coordination (architecture and complementary disciplines); * Conduct technical site visits for field surveys (buildings, trees, interferences, "As-built"); * Prepare technical and photographic reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering (Civil track), or related fields. * Knowledge of architectural project development; * Knowledge of project coordination; * Ability to read and interpret project documents; * Knowledge of land and project licensing procedures; * Teamwork capability. **Additional Information** **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone. **Pioneering Education in Brazil** This is the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project in the education sector nationwide. An innovative initiative by the Belo Horizonte Municipal Government (PBH), in partnership with Inova BH—a company of the Transpes Group—that transforms the lives of approximately 25,000 children, youth, and adults in the capital city of Minas Gerais. This project was conceived and implemented by the Municipal Department of Education through a public bidding process, resulting in the selection of Inova BH as the concessionaire responsible for its execution.
