Please pay close attention to stage deadlines! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and deliver theoretical and practical rowing and sailing classes adapted to students' varying skill levels; * Train students in the discipline using OPTIMIST, DINGHY, LASER, OCEANIC CABIN BOAT, CANOE, SINGLE SKIFF, and DOUBLE SKIFF vessels, following the pedagogical plan and regulations of Minas Tênis Clube and Minas Tênis Náutico Clube, ensuring activity quality and safety. * Conduct weekend sailing trips with members. * Develop and update support materials, including manuals and guides on navigation techniques and training strategies. * Evaluate student progress and provide continuous feedback to promote skill improvement. * Plan and coordinate regattas, training sessions, and nautical events, ensuring efficient program execution. * Maintain accurate records of classes, attendance, and incidents, updating\-them regularly. * Perform basic maintenance and inspection of OPTIMIST, DINGHY, LASER, and OCEANIC CABIN BOAT; CANOE, SINGLE SKIFF, and DOUBLE SKIFF vessels. * Ensure implementation of safety practices and correct use of personal protective equipment. * Guarantee student safety during all nautical activities, adhering to safety protocols and standards. * Organize and manage equipment inventory, reporting needs for replacement or repair. * Maintain clear and effective communication with students and their families, providing guidance and clarifications. * Receive and incorporate student feedback to continuously improve class and event quality. * Identify and promote talent for the Club’s beginner-level teams. * Assist in preparation for and participation in sailing competitions and related events. * Be prepared to respond to emergencies and administer first aid when necessary. * Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations related to nautical activities and safety. * Maintain certifications and licenses up\-to\-date as required by competent authorities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed High School. * Maritime License (MAF). * Passenger Transport License (ESEP). **Specialization** * Sailing instruction certification recognized by CBVela, World Sailing, or equivalent organizations. * Nautical Licensing Certification (Auxiliary Deckhand for River Navigation – Level 1 (CFAQ, MAF/MMA)). * Special Course in Passenger Vessel Safety. * First Aid and CPR Certification. * Lifeguard Training. * Navigation and Meteorology Training. **Work Experience:** * Hands\-on experience with OPTIMIST, DINGHY, LASER, and OCEANIC CABIN BOAT; CANOE, SINGLE SKIFF, and DOUBLE SKIFF vessels. * Experience as an instructor or coach in aquatic environments. * Aquatic safety practices, first aid, and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). **Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite. * Navigation, meteorology, and maintenance of nautical equipment. * Knowledge of Brazilian Navy Regulations. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule** * Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. * Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:20 PM **Work Location:** Minas Tênis Náutico Clube Minas Tênis Náutico Clube offers the best experience for its employees — and I can prove it! **Benefits?
