Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing geospatial analyses, processing and interpreting geographic data, and preparing cartographic products. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and analysis of environmental and engineering technical reports Main Responsibilities: * Planning and executing geospatial analyses applied to environmental studies and licensing processes. * Processing, handling, and interpreting geographic data derived from satellite imagery, field surveys, and cartographic databases; preparing, validating, and standardizing cartographic products, including thematic maps, layouts, shapefiles, and geographic databases. * Integrating spatial and environmental data, technical reports, and decision-making; operating GIS software (e.g., QGIS and ArcGIS); providing technical support to field teams by supplying geospatial inputs for activity planning and execution. * Preparing and reviewing terms of reference, technical proposals, and specifications related to geoprocessing scope, as well as critically analyzing spatial data and identifying inconsistencies. Also responsible for supporting the preparation and analysis of technical reports in environmental and engineering fields, conducting environmental diagnostics, and organizing, structuring, and updating geospatial databases. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Geography, Cartographic Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Biology, Environmental Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in ArcGIS or QGIS software; intermediate-to-basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
