Description
**Responsibilities**
* Issue purchase orders and invoices to customers.
* Report and record incidents of product damage, expiration, and returns to the Technical Manager, proposing improvements for the department.
* Obtain freight quotations, verifying specifications and conditions offered by carriers to meet Biomig’s requirements, including approved cost limits.
* Prepare reports for the Finance Department, accompanied by the payment slip.
* Monitor goods shipment from dispatch until delivery to the customer.
* Extract KPI indicators and control data from the system and record them in meeting minutes.
* Pick, verify, and pack goods according to orders.
* Periodically verify physical inventory against Biomig’s information system for reconciliation.
* Organize storage areas, products, equipment, packaging, and materials.
* Perform departmental tasks in accordance with the company’s quality management system, following procedures required by ANVISA, VISA, and ISO 9000, as well as other applicable local regulatory standards.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Completed high school and/or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Experience in shipping/logistics activities.
* Knowledge of material control routines, administrative controls, inventory, and procurement.
**Additional Information**
* Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday), with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break.
* Salary: R$ 1697.00
* Quarterly Bonus: R$ 960.00 (after probationary period)
