The **Helper Assembler** works in pairs with the **Responsible Assembler** to ensure proper equipment assembly. The objective of the **Helper Assembler (N2\)** is to independently learn how to install equipment in order to be promoted to **Responsible Assembler (N3\)**. After successfully assembling two pieces of equipment as the person responsible for them, the Helper Assembler becomes eligible to request promotion to **Responsible Assembler (N3\)**.
