Focus on assembly and finishing of parts The **Helper Assembler (N2\)** position is intended for professionals who have previously performed component manufacturing and platform/elevator assembly activities at IESAB. The **Helper Assembler** works in pairs with the **Responsible Assembler** to ensure proper equipment assembly. The objective of the **Helper Assembler (N2\)** is to independently learn how to install equipment in order to be promoted to **Responsible Assembler (N3\)**. After successfully assembling two pieces of equipment as the person responsible for them, the Helper Assembler becomes eligible to request promotion to **Responsible Assembler (N3\)**. About IESAB IESAB Elevator Engineering is a company specializing in the design and implementation of lifting systems. IESAB is registered with CREA and serves major clients across all Brazilian states, including Tenda, Vale, MRV, Direcional Engenharia, Petrobras, São Paulo City Hall, USP, UFMG, Correios, and Boticário, among others. Main Responsibilities * Assembly of platforms and elevators * Finishing steel and aluminum parts using sanders * Sharpening drill bits on grinding wheels * Drilling parts on bench-type drilling machines * Finishing parts using files * Reading technical drawings * Assembly of chains and gears * Mounting lead screws and rolling-element bearings * Welding parts using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) * And other related tasks Specific Responsibilities * Read the equipment's technical drawing to understand its components and assembly sequence * Assist in installing IESAB equipment * Follow guidance from the Responsible Assembler (N3\) to ensure efficient teamwork * Observe the work of the Responsible Assembler (N3\) to prepare for promotion * Drive a pickup truck to installation sites and transport equipment Salary and Incentives R$ 2\.000,00 monthly salary (formally registered) R$ 200,00 overtime payment per equipment assembly trip (up to 4 trips per month) R$ 280,00 monthly fuel allowance or transportation voucher R$ 200,00 monthly food basket incentive for attendance R$ 440,00 monthly meal allowance at an IESAB partner self-service restaurant R$ 55,56 monthly attendance bonus (paid at year-end) R$ 160,00 monthly deposit into the employee's FGTS account R$ 2\.000,00 annual additional salary (13th-month salary) R$ 2\.600,00 annual vacation pay \+ vacation bonus R$ 525,00 annual Special Unique Bonus (PL) – Estimated **Benefits** * Breakfast provided at the company from 07:20 to 07:44 * ZURICH life insurance * Collective holidays during the last two weeks of December **Requirements** * Ability to handle unforeseen situations * Driver's license category B to drive vehicles to assembly sites * Organizational skills to maintain workshop and assembly site order * Willingness to travel to São Paulo/SP and Rio de Janeiro/RJ **Work Schedule and Location** * **Work location:** Rua Padre Geraldo Brochado, 45 – Indústrias II Neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, **07:45 to 17:45**, and Friday, leaving one hour earlier (07:45 to 16:45\) * **Weekly workload:** 44 hours per week (no weekend work) * **Advantages:** No night shifts and no work on Saturdays or Sundays. * **Overtime availability:** Must be available for overtime in rare exceptional cases where required. **Application Process** To apply, send your resume to **administrativo@iesab.com.br**, with the subject line clearly stating the position you are applying for.
