Technical support at customer facilities **Job Description – Mechanical Technical Assistant** We are seeking a **Mechanical Technical Assistant** to support assembly, disassembly, mechanical inspection, and mechanical measurement activities, ensuring process compliance and service quality. The professional must strictly adhere to internal standards, safety regulations, and established procedures. **General Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with **Quality Management** guidelines. * Fully comply with the company’s **Code of Conduct**. * Correctly use **PPE and Engineering Controls**, meeting job-specific safety requirements. * Maintain workplace organization per the **5S Program**, preserving equipment and company assets. * Care for tools and instruments, requesting maintenance/calibration as needed. * Perform tasks in accordance with training, instructions, and internal procedures. * Meet production planning targets as directed by supervisors. * Accurately record maintenance information in the **FAS** system. * Issue **NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)** where applicable. * Immediately report any issues arising during task execution. * Willingness to travel for work. **Technical Activities** **Operations and Processes** * Operation of technological equipment used for process control. * Use of systems for activity control and archiving of completed work. * Technical support at customer facilities. * Operation of overhead cranes per training and safety regulations. **Measuring Instruments** Handling of instruments including: * Dynamometer, interchangeable micrometer, height gauge, standard bar/rod, heavy-duty caliper, depth caliper, internal diameter gauge, dial indicator. **Assembly, Disassembly, and Inspection** * Assembly and disassembly of low-voltage motors. * Inspection (technical evaluation) of low- and medium-voltage motors. * Performing mechanical measurements for component analysis. **Component Preparation** * Preparation of parts. * Final verification of parts prior to subsequent process steps. **Technical Documentation** * Proper use and interpretation of the **Departmental Work Instruction Folder** to identify and study tasks. **Requirements** **Education** * **Preferred:** Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics. * **Minimum:** Currently pursuing a technical diploma. **Experience** * **Preferred:** 6 months of experience. **Skills** * **Preferred:** Attention to detail, responsibility, and cooperation.
