Defining appropriate technical solutions and supporting teams and clients **IBR Engenharia**, a multidisciplinary and multisectoral company operating nationwide with a focus on infrastructure projects and construction, is seeking a **Pavement Engineer** to join our team. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Minimum 5 years of experience in highway projects and construction; Solid knowledge of pavement design, specification, and construction for highways; Experience in executive projects and construction supervision; Proficiency in technical software applicable to the field. **Responsibilities:** Review and validate pavement design documents; Define appropriate technical solutions based on soil conditions, traffic loads, and applicable standards; Provide technical support to teams and clients during project development and construction execution; Ensure quality, durability, and technical compliance of proposed solutions.
