We would love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reports; * Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance); * Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and legal obligations; * Coordinate administrative routines, contracts, and supplier relationships; * Develop and monitor financial and administrative performance indicators (KPIs); * Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Solid experience handling accounts payable and receivable, including deadline reconciliation; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Sênior, etc.); * Experience in process implementation, auditing, or structuring finance departments. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Lourdes/BH **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance, at no cost to the employee; * Various partnerships and agreements (universities, language schools, etc.); * “Welcome Baby” Program; * “I Recommend Roma” Program; * Partnership with SESC, offering access to theaters, hotels, tours, and other activities; * Discounts on products and services offered by Group companies.
