**Position: Benefits Specialist – Lhoist Latin America**

**Work Model:** Hybrid 4x1 \- 4 days onsite and 1 day remote

**Purpose of the Role**
---------------------
Ensure strategic and operational management of benefits offered by Lhoist in Brazil, guaranteeing market competitiveness, labor compliance, cost efficiency, and a positive employee experience — always aligned with organizational values and global Compensation \& Benefits guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
--------------------------------
* Administer the corporate benefits portfolio (health, dental, meal vouchers, food vouchers, transportation, pension, life insurance, wellness programs, among others), ensuring quality and alignment with business unit needs.
* Design and implement a benefits policy covering all company-offered benefits and mapping eligibility criteria.
* Implement flexible benefits, define point values for all benefits, determine which benefits are eligible for exchange or modification options, and establish rules for all employees. Evaluate and update vendor proposals, including the Flexible Benefits Management Platform.
* Manage benefits contracts, including supplier negotiations, budgetary controls, renewals, and analysis of adjustments.
* Conduct market analyses and comparative studies on benefits competitiveness.
* Monitor performance and engagement indicators related to benefits.
* Propose improvements and optimizations aligned with the C\&B strategy and Lhoist’s regional and global guidelines.
* Serve as the specialized point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, partnering with HRBPs, managers, and employees.
* Support audits, legal proceedings, and compliance activities related to benefits and labor relations.
* Contribute to initiatives on workplace climate, well-being, and engagement, promoting a healthy environment aligned with company values.
* Participate in the annual people cycle with a focus on compensation and benefits topics.
**✅ Requirements**
----------------
* Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
* Solid prior experience in **Compensation \& Benefits**, preferably within an industrial environment.
* Knowledge of labor legislation and market practices related to benefits.
* Strong analytical skills, systemic vision, and excellent negotiation abilities.
* Clear communication, active listening, and employee orientation.

* Advanced English \- minimum B2 level.
