Job Summary: The International Logistics Assistant will handle post-shipment activities for air and ocean freight modes, including verification, tracking, payments, and support to analysts. Experience in freight forwarding and administrative routines **Job Description:** ---------------------- JOB \| International Logistics Assistant Serpa Logistica LTDA Employment Type: 100% Remote Contract Type: CLT ¿ Working Hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–18:00 \| Fri 8:00–17:00 ¿ Salary: R$ 2,600–R$ 3,200 monthly (based on experience) ¿ Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, International Relations, International Business, or related fields ¿ Responsibilities: Post-shipment operations for air and ocean import shipments, including: Draft AWB/BL verification; Pre-alert issuance; Shipment tracking; Payments to shipping lines and airlines; Customer and partner follow-up; Support to analysts in pre-shipment¿¿¿ **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Prior experience in freight forwarding (international logistics) as assistant or junior staff; Intermediate English; Experience in administrative or operational routines, preferably in international logistics or foreign trade; Experience executing tasks following defined procedures, with methodical approach and attention to detail; Knowledge of the post-shipment workflow for import freight forwarding in international logistics (air and/or ocean, FCL and LCL): * Issuing pre-alerts to customers, agents, and carriers; * Tracking shipments with airlines and shipping lines (carriers); * Assisting in draft AWB/BL verification; * Making payments to airlines, carriers, IATA, etc. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Knowledge of Mercante CE deconsolidation and Air Import CCT Familiarity with Microsoft 360, iTraffic/iBroker systems Proficiency with Microsoft tools, corporate email, spreadsheets, and record-keeping systems, plus willingness to learn industry-specific tools; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD Inclusion:** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- 1\. 100% Remote Work (44 hours/week \- Mon–Fri); 2\.
