**Responsibilities**
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Perform bank reconciliations.
* Record financial transactions and organize documents.
* Support communication and alignment with the accounting department.
* Control and organize administrative contracts and documents.
* Support general administrative routines of the company.
* Assist with HR-related routines, such as monitoring employee benefits and supporting payroll processes.
* Organize and submit financial and administrative reports to partners and investors.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or administration.
* Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile.
* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
* Strong communication skills and reliability regarding deadlines and information accuracy.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in real estate or civil construction companies.
* Familiarity with financial management systems (Sienge experience will be considered a plus).
* Experience with basic HR routines.
