We are looking for a talent to join our Procurement team, contributing to the technical and visual quality of produced footwear, identifying non-conformities, and governing detailed reports based on internal standards — directly supporting production control and continuous improvement! If your DREAM is big, come join us too! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect footwear quality, finish, and compliance on the production line and post-production; * Conduct technical inspections according to established quality standards; * Identify and record structural and aesthetic non-conformities; * Prepare critical review reports and improvement suggestions; * Collaborate with production, development, and quality teams; * Propose corrective and preventive action plans; * Monitor quality results and indicators over time; * Prepare and submit weekly production monitoring reports to the franchisor, including order status, compliance with quality standards, identification of non-conformities, delay risks, and recommended corrective actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Product/ Footwear Design, or related fields; * Knowledge of footwear industry quality norms and standards; * Knowledge of or experience with industrial quality metrics and indicators; * Knowledge of or experience with inspection tools (calipers, templates, dimensional standards); * Prior experience in quality control within the footwear industry; * Experience in internal or external audits; * Experience as an external reviewer or quality auditor for footwear manufacturing processes (cutting, assembly, stitching, soles, etc.) and footwear materials (leather, synthetics, textiles, rubber, adhesives); * Detail-oriented profile, with critical thinking and organizational skills; * Strong communication skills for interaction with factories and internal teams; * Availability to work in Nova Serrana municipality; * Experience in retail chains or franchises will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** * Exclusive discount on brand products; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Career development plan with internal growth opportunities; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts on courses and training programs. **Hiring Process Steps** * Step 1: Registration * Step 2: HR Interview * Step 3: Manager Interview * Step 4: Hiring We are Brazil's most democratic brand And this goes far beyond style: it’s about creating space for all **voices**, all **stories**, all **dreams**.
