




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting front desk operations, safeguarding physical, psychological, moral, and property integrity within the premises, mitigating risks, and ensuring overall security. Responsible for performing front desk support activities and safeguarding physical, psychological, moral, and property integrity within IMP premises. 08:00 to 17:48, Monday–Friday **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily support of reception areas by organizing environments and optimizing space usage, assisting with access control, and helping prevent patient elopement or unauthorized access within IMP units. * Maintain physical presence at service points such as reception desks, entrances, and guard booths, providing guidance to clients and mitigating general incident risks. * Daily identification of contractors and suppliers via computer, issuing printed identification labels to ensure overall security. * Control vehicle entries and exits for employees, clients, visitors, and cargo loading/unloading by completing spreadsheets or systems for credential issuance, and verifying suppliers’ invoices and their destination departments. * Daily support of reception regarding visitors remaining in premises beyond authorized hours, providing guidance and ensuring their timely departure, always maintaining courtesy and respect. * Address situations such as unauthorized access, individuals using company premises for product sales, and other incidents, always maintaining courtesy and respect. * Contribute to risk mitigation through routine guidance to employees and visitors on the necessity and importance of proper identification: employees must wear ID badges; patients must wear identification wristbands; and visitors and companions must use identification labels. * Answer telephone calls directed to workstations. * Receive and route correspondence to the appropriate department. * Personally monitor incidents and general incidents occurring in areas requiring doorman team presence, assisting in resolving issues and properly generating evidence when necessary. * Daily control of material entries and exits by receiving standardized forms, ensuring accurate data generation. * Report all unusual events occurring during shifts in the department’s online incident reporting form to ensure proper evidence generation. * Contact public security agencies, together with relevant departments, in cases involving threats to property or personal integrity, patient elopement, or general incidents within IMP premises, ensuring appropriate handling of external-intervention requirements. * Daily inspection of internal conditions within the Institution’s premises, monitoring environments via video surveillance monitors to mitigate risks and prevent various incidents. * Conduct environmental inspections within the Institution’s premises to mitigate risks and protect property, paying attention to unsafe conditions—such as open doors, puddles, slippery floor substances—and other accident-prone situations, applying proper signage when required. * Perform other related duties as requested by area management. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy.
