We are seeking an intern to join our PMO team and support the management and monitoring of the company’s strategic projects. If you are organized, curious, enjoy working with data, and are interested in learning about project management methodologies, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Support the development and updating of schedules, action plans, and status reports; * Assist in monitoring project indicators and metrics; * Participate in follow-up meetings and record minutes; * Contribute to process standardization and project documentation; * Support risk management and inter-departmental communication; * Use management tools such as MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, among others. **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward); * Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Interest in agile and traditional methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, etc.). **What We Offer** * Internship stipend: BRL 1,250.00 * Transportation allowance. * Meal voucher. * Collaborative and innovative work environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Flexible working hours to accommodate studies.
