Your mission will be to ensure that quality requirements, deadlines, and technical specifications are met at all stages of development and industrialization, aligned with customer expectations and automotive industry standards. This professional will play a pivotal role in governing **APQP, PPAP, and change management** activities, working closely with engineering, production, and other involved departments to guarantee product compliance, process robustness, and structured resolution of quality issues. You will also be responsible for attending development and customer meetings, preparing and reviewing quality procedures and control plans, as well as analyzing and addressing internal and external quality deviations—contributing to continuous process improvement and excellence in deliverables. **Culture and Environment** At thyssenkrupp, we value innovation, collaboration, and customer orientation. We seek professionals with strategic vision, an entrepreneurial mindset, and execution capability—individuals who want to build solid partnerships and make a relevant impact in the automotive aftermarket. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in development meetings as the quality representative, ensuring information dissemination and planning to meet deadlines; * Prepare, review, and monitor quality procedures and control plans, as well as technical documentation, to ensure quality in new developments; * Attend monitoring and follow-up meetings with customers to ensure delivery accuracy and adherence to deadlines; * Govern PPAP and change management activities in synergy with involved departments; * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure product compliance; * Manage routines within the production process to ensure information updates, identify improvements and opportunities with a quality focus; * Perform root cause analysis and resolution of internal and customer quality deviations, and manage GP-12 implementation to ensure accurate deliveries in initial production lots. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Technical degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or related fields (mandatory). * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of APQP and PPAP, with experience participating in new product development and approval processes. * Proficiency in automotive quality core tools, including: * FMEA * Control Plan * GP12 * 8D * A3 * Familiarity with IATF 16949 standard, as well as specific requirements and applicable standards for automotive customers. * Familiarity with specific requirements of automotive customers such as Stellantis, GM, Volkswagen, Toyota, among others. * Advanced English proficiency, essential for communication with international customers and suppliers. **Additional Information** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, preferably in the automotive sector. * Experience in new product development, approval processes, and change management. * Prior experience with national and international automotive customers will be considered an advantage. * Experience with Stellantis North America will be considered a significant advantage. **Additional Information:** We offer a comprehensive benefits package aligned with care for people and career development: Medical and Dental Assistance, Pharmacy Benefits, and an in-house health team (psychology and ergonomics); Wellhub (Gympass) to encourage wellness and quality of life; On-site cafeteria and Meal Allowance; Extended Maternity Leave, Life Insurance, and Funeral Assistance; Transportation Allowance (legal deduction of 6%); Private Pension Plan, Payroll-Deductible Loans, and Profit and Results Sharing (PLR).
