Job Summary: The NewChase Group is seeking an agile Sales Technical Assistant to perform vehicle inspection, preparation, and delivery, ensuring compliance with quality standards and excellence in customer service. We seek a **Sales Technical Assistant** to work collaboratively with other teams, ensuring efficient and organized processes for vehicle verification, preparation, and delivery, guaranteeing that all new vehicles meet the manufacturer’s and NewChase Group’s quality standards. If you are agile, customer-focused, and committed to excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are the NewChase Group and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform initial inspection of new vehicles arriving at the dealership to verify integrity and compliance with established standards, and record and report any damages or discrepancies identified during inspection. * Monitor adherence to deadlines for each preparation stage, managing the entire workflow from preparation to vehicle availability for delivery, ensuring completion of all stages—prioritizing time-consuming installations—to meet or anticipate customer delivery deadlines. * Supervise vehicle cleaning, accessory installation, and minor repair services as needed, to ensure timely vehicle delivery to customers. * Move vehicles between departments and, when necessary, between parking lots, to support preparation process progress. * Identify vehicles scheduled for same-day delivery and verify the quality of accessory installation and minor repairs using a standard checklist and performing tests on electronic and electrical components, to ensure proper functionality of all components and vehicle aesthetics according to manufacturer and NewChase Group criteria. * Conduct technical vehicle delivery, explaining features, controls, systems, and embedded technologies to the customer. * Provide guidance on owner’s manuals, warranties, scheduled maintenance, as well as vehicle maintenance and safe usage procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You:** * Have completed high school; * Hold a valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Have basic knowledge of automotive mechanics; *The \#NewChaseGroup is the right place for you!* **Preferred qualifications include:** * Experience in customer service; * Experience in vehicle preparation and delivery activities; **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * WellHub (formerly Gympass) — extendable to up to 3 dependents; * Free telemedicine — extendable to spouse, children; * Free psychological support — extendable to spouse, children; * Discounts on undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and fully online English courses; * Corporate University; * Long-service recognition program; * Maternity care program. **WE ARE THE NEWCHASE GROUP AND WE GROW TOGETHER** We are a national mobility group recognized for excellence in the automotive market, with over 30 years of service excellence and continuous growth.
