We are looking for a **Junior Attorney** to join our team! We seek a proactive, organized professional with strong analytical skills and experience in **case analysis**, **drafting defenses**, and **filing appeals** in litigation matters. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Comprehensive case analysis**, including rulings, documents, and evidence; * **Drafting defenses, answers, appeals, and other procedural pleadings**; * Identifying legal strategies aligned with the specific case; * Monitoring court publications, deadlines, and case developments; * Updating internal systems and court platforms; * Supporting the organization and management of high-volume caseloads; * Communicating with clients, correspondents, and involved parties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Law** and active **Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration**; * Prior experience in **civil, consumer, and/or banking litigation**; * Solid experience in **case analysis and drafting complex procedural documents**; * Familiarity with **court systems**, as well as **Excel** and the **Microsoft Office suite**; * Strong legal writing skills, logical reasoning, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
