Supplier negotiation and management **Location:** Mário Campos/MG The company seeks a professional to work in Procurement, ensuring efficient supply of raw materials, inputs, indirect materials, and services required for industrial operations. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement of materials and services; * Develop and qualify suppliers; * Issue and track purchase orders through delivery; * Negotiate delivery timelines, pricing, and commercial terms; * Ensure supply of raw materials and inputs for production; * Monitor procurement KPIs; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement; * Collaborate with Production, PCP, Quality, and Finance departments. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in industrial procurement; * Experience in supplier negotiation and management; * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; * Analytical, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in packaging, plastics, recycling, or manufacturing industries; * Knowledge of purchasing plastic resins, paints, additives, and production materials; * Experience with procurement KPIs and cost management. Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
