If you are proficient in site operations and skilled at coordinating people with quality and safety, this opportunity is ideal for you! **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise work teams on construction sites * Monitor activity progress according to the schedule * Ensure compliance with safety regulations * Control materials, equipment, and site requirements * Support reading and interpretation of project drawings * Submit daily reports to the responsible engineer or manager * Ensure service quality **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor * Knowledge of civil construction processes * Leadership ability and strong communication skills * Organization, responsibility, and decision-making capability * Basic understanding of project drawing interpretation and team control Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.000,01 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
