If you identify with our business, explore our career opportunities. **Job Description** MSX is seeking candidates who have completed or are pursuing degrees in Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. If you wish to join an innovative, results-oriented team, this may be your opportunity. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Entering and completing customer financing proposal information; * Collecting customer signatures on financing contracts; * Providing support and guidance regarding warranty substitution, rights assignment, TC values, and banking fees; * Distributing financing tables upon request; * Requesting a wildcard rate from the bank to counter competition; * Providing weekly reports to the Supervisor on sales volume, approved/rejected applications, and applications forwarded to other banks; * Verifying customer documentation requested by the credit desk for submission to the payment department; · * Preparing and labeling mailers for document dispatch; · * Re-evaluating pending and bank-rejected proposals; * Resolving post-sale and workflow issues with end customers (installment schedules, contract reversals, and contract receipt); * Monitoring and supplying dealerships with financing contract kits. * Delivering registered contracts in mandatory locations; * Maintaining contact with the dealership network’s target audience (Salesperson, Manager, Finance Officer, Director, and Owner). **Qualifications** * Prior experience with automotive financing processes, knowledge of interest rates and banking calculations, basic understanding of financial mathematics, and customer service skills. * Valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle (mobile position) * Excel and PowerPoint: Basic level **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Saturday * Work location: **Betim/MG**, fully on-site. **What We Offer** * Fixed remuneration; * Benefits: Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Flexible meal/food allowance, Transportation allowance (VT), TotalPass, and partnerships with educational institutions \#LI\-Onsite This position is open to applications from people with disabilities or INSS-rehabilitated individuals.
