Reporting repair needs to responsible parties **Job Opening: Cleaning Agent (Janitor)** We are looking for a dedicated and responsible professional to join our cleaning team. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning common areas of condominiums under our management, contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7 AM to 4 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays: 7 AM to 11 AM **Main Responsibilities:** * Covering the sectors of employees on vacation. * Sanitizing and restocking restrooms with cleaning and stationery items; * Organizing and restocking cleaning supplies as needed; * Reporting any issues or repair needs to responsible parties, ensuring proper maintenance of the premises. * Cleaning and maintaining common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, party rooms, and outdoor areas; * Proper collection and disposal of waste, following safety regulations and company procedures; * Cleaning floors, glass, furniture, and general surfaces using appropriate products and equipment; **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role or similar activities; * Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment; * Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures; * Good communication and interpersonal skills; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates must send an updated resume in PDF format or a legible image to WhatsApp **(31) 2535-4040** Or apply via website: www.delreyservicos.com.br Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.649,11 - R$1.649,12 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Elementary education in progress or incomplete (Preferred) Experience: * Cleaning (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
