Job Summary: Professional responsible for billing, tax and fiscal control, with a focus on process optimization and financial reconciliation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on financial operations analysis and optimization **Responsibilities:** * Issuance, verification, and control of invoices (products and services); * Validation of applicable taxes (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, etc.); * Monitoring of contracts pending billing and generation of reports; * Reconciliation of billing data with accounting and finance departments; * Identification and suggestion of improvements to billing processes; and others. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or Administration; * **Mandatory:** Proven experience in billing and taxation (federal, state, and municipal taxes); * **Mandatory:** Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation; * Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Oracle or similar); * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong communication, organization, proactivity, and analytical mindset. **We believe diversity strengthens our team.
