If you think outside the box, master best practices in copywriting, follow trends, are driven by curiosity, and use AI as an ally, we want to meet you. **Desired Profile** * Creativity applied to CRM, with the ability to conceive innovative solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in copywriting. * Attention to detail and sensitivity to identify opportunities, trends, and market movements. * Proactivity in proposing improvements, questioning processes, and exploring new approaches. * Ability to analyze and interpret data with strategic insight. * Familiarity with HubSpot. * Organizational skills to track workflows, segmentation, metrics, and initiative performance. * Conscious use of AI: as support, not dependency. **Key Responsibilities** * Structure, manage, and optimize automations and customer journeys in HubSpot. * Create consistent, clear, and on-brand copy for emails, campaigns, and various communications. * Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and propose continuous adjustments. * Track market trends, audience behavior, and CRM best practices. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and coherence in communication strategies. * Conduct tests, validate hypotheses, and implement improvements autonomously.
