Description

Job Summary: Provide technical support, configuration, and user training for systems; develop, implement, and maintain software; and optimize routines for greater effectiveness. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and user training for systems. 2. System development, implementation, and maintenance. 3. Performance analysis and routine optimization. Provide technical support to system users. Perform configurations and facilitate the operational use of available features. Train and guide users in utilizing developed or third-party acquired systems. Implement software improvements and customizations. Develop, implement, document, and maintain systems following established methodology, using appropriate computerized knowledge and resources. Participate in data collection and definition of methods and resources required for system implementation and/or modification of existing systems. Prepare manuals for developed systems or projects to facilitate their use and understanding. Analyze the performance of implemented systems, reassess routines, manuals, and work methods, and propose more effective work methodologies.
