Support to other departments involved in the logistics process Job Description We are seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to join our team and support the operational and administrative routines of the logistics department. We are looking for an organized, analytical professional with a strong willingness to learn, who will contribute to process efficiency and timely delivery. Responsibilities Support order control and tracking, deliveries, and pickups; Assist in route planning and delivery deadline monitoring; Communicate with transportation companies and logistics suppliers; Update logistics control systems and spreadsheets; Support verification of fiscal documents (NF-e, CT-e); Monitor departmental KPIs and assist in report preparation; Provide support to other departments involved in the logistics process. Requirements Prior experience in logistics or related administrative roles; Basic knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and distribution; Familiarity with inventory control and logistics KPIs; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (in progress or completed) is a plus.
