Job Summary: Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure, contributing to proper operation at IMP. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in facility maintenance across various areas 2. Make a difference with commitment and purpose Assist other technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to the service order (SO) description, contributing to maintaining proper infrastructure operation at IMP. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in corrective maintenance of civil works, plumbing, carpentry, metalworking, painting, electrical systems, and air conditioning, as required by departments; * Accurately complete service orders and checklists with respective materials/parts used, always upon service completion for registration in the Engeman system; * Execute daily facility-related service orders, as required; * Use, under supervision, appropriate tools and equipment for each activity type—including work at heights and in confined spaces—while wearing required safety accessories per current legislation; * Clean and organize locations where maintenance services were performed, removing debris, sweeping, eliminating waste and stains; * Ensure proper conservation of materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services, requesting replacement when necessary; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level, as assigned. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education. **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Well-being:** Unimed medical and dental plan, Sesc partnership (clubs, lodges, discounts), Droga Clara pharmacy network; **Financial Solutions:** Payroll-deductible loan from Sicoob; **Education:** Exclusive discounts and scholarships at Anhanguera University; **Recognition:** Vacation return bonus; **Meals:** Meal Allowance/Food Allowance of R$ 28.60 per working day; Are you looking for more than just a job?
