Participation in technical and administrative committees A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is seeking a Supply Coordinator professional in Belo Horizonte (Tupi). Bennu Consultoria provides business consulting services focused on process optimization and growth strategies. With a specialized team, the company aims to deliver customized solutions for its clients. **Responsibilities:** Will work at a hospital, performing the following activities: Manage the team, including overtime tracking, vacation scheduling, and other allocations. Control the pharmaceutical supply cycle by monitoring purchase orders, deliveries, restocking, invoices, loans, expiration dates, and monthly inventory turnover as needed. Develop sectoral standards, routines, and procedures, and monitor compliance with specifications. Monitor contract workflows with the finance and procurement departments. Manage inventories and issue reports with results and action plans according to schedule. Monitor workflow across pharmacies, clinical pharmacy, residency preceptorship, CAF (Pharmaceutical Supply Center), warehouse, and procurement. Participate in technical and administrative committees such as CFT (Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee), PGRSS, and others as scheduled. Conduct periodic meetings with departments every six months to present results, action plans, indicators, complaints, and other items. Perform monthly analysis of NSP and sectoral indicators, monitor and propose interventions, develop goals, and present results to senior management. Monitor compliance criteria and establish processes with suppliers. Reduce inventory and operational costs and improve inventory turnover. Participate in strategic planning. Manage the entire care process, meeting requirements and ensuring regulatory compliance. Provide consultancy to the NSP (Patient Safety Unit) upon request. Map departmental processes. Perform other duties inherent to the role or as requested by the immediate supervisor, according to institutional needs. Previous experience as Supply Manager, Supply Supervisor, Supply Analyst, or Logistics Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
