Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring safety regulations, investigating incidents, developing SSMA procedures, and supporting training management. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance monitoring and advisory services for Occupational Safety and Health regulations 2. Accident and incident investigation, and development of SSMA procedures 3. Support for training management and safety documentation **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and advise on compliance with MANSERV’s and the client’s Occupational Safety and Health regulations; * Support and investigate accidents and incidents; * Prepare Accident Communication Forms (CAT); * Conduct SSMA inspections; * Implement Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and Risk Management and Safety Systems (RSMS); * Develop SSMA procedures; * Provide support for the client’s training management and documentation; * Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) through training and/or operational instructions; * Conduct Safety Induction; * Advise and jointly execute, with Coordination and Supervision teams, the implementation of the Master Safety Plan. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed technical course; * Active Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) registration; * 1 year of experience in the role. **B****enefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
