Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, assisting across various service and kitchen areas, ensuring a hygienic environment for customers and staff. Key Highlights: 1. Complete cleaning of the dining area and service areas 2. Assistance with washing utensils and dishes 3. Maintenance of bathroom and sushi area hygiene General Services Assistant Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Working hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Lunch break: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Day off every Sunday. Responsibilities: Perform complete cleaning of the restaurant dining area; clean sushi grease traps; assist in washing kitchen containers and customer-used dishes; sanitize bathrooms, including restocking soap, paper towels, and other necessary items; perform weekly cleaning of the entire sushi bar area; sweep the sidewalk adjacent to and entrance of the restaurant; properly dispose of garbage in the designated dumpster; and carry out other cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors.
