With a specialized team, the company aims to deliver customized solutions for its clients. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and correct reservation discrepancies and overbookings, preventing negative impacts on operations. Supervise the reservations team, ensuring high performance and customer service standards. Ensure reservations are processed accurately and efficiently across direct and indirect channels. Verify that rates, special promotions, packages, and policies are correctly updated in management systems. Conduct occupancy analysis, demand trend analysis, and reservation reporting, providing insights to the revenue management team. Enforce cancellation, no-show, upgrade, and upselling policies. Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Front Desk teams to ensure efficient information flow and anticipation of guest needs. Previous experience as Reservations Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, Hotel Sales Coordinator, or Reservations Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
